Oatmeal Cobbler Berry & Apple Crisp

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 cup oats
1/2 cup pecans
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 stick butter, room temperature


Filling:
2 granny smith apples, sliced thin
1 red apple, sliced thin
1 quart strawberries, sliced
1 pint blueberries
1/2 lemon, juiced
3 TB flour


Mix all topping ingredients together to the butter.  Rub butter into the mixture until fully incorporated.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before using.

Mix all filling ingredients together. 


Either use one big casserole pan or make individual cobblers by placing fruit down first and then sprinkling topping over fruit.  Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until fruit is bubbly and topping is golden brown.
